must own the copyright of any Photo's or images you
supply to Precious Little Prints for your stationery (or
have the copyright owners' permission to use the
photo/s).

Precious
Little Prints is not liable or responsible for any
inappropriate uses.

You
may not reproduce copyrighted materials from artists,
photographers, or other authors of original works
without express written permission from the author. Professional
and copyrighted photos can be used on the condition that the
Photographer provides written permission.
If
you are using a professional photograph, please be
sure to include a signed release from the photographer
allowing us to use the photograph

If
you (the customer) choose to scan or copy a
professionally taken image for use by Precious Little
Prints, you (the customer) are assuming the legal risk
for violating any copyright and you (the customer) agrees,
at their own expense, to fully indemnify Precious Little
Prints, their directors, officers and employees against
all loss, damages, liabilities, claims, liens, actions,
proceedings and costs whatsoever resulting from any
legal proceedings in relation to any claim alleging the
work produced is in breach of copyright.

You
(the customer) agree to indemnify Precious Little Prints against any
claim, damages or expense suffered in conjunction with
any infringement of another person's intellectual
property right or the unauthorised use of another
person's image.

We
provide you with the option of having a free proof so
that any
necessary
changes can be made to your
stationery prior to printing. If
you decide not to receive a free
"Proof" of your stationery prior to printing,
Precious Little Prints will not be responsible for any
incorrect spelling, images, layout or mistakes in your
stationery.

Once
your approval has been given for the proof your order becomes FINAL
and cannot be cancelled.

The
finished photo/image quality is dependant upon the
quality of the photo supplied. If you
send in a blurry, grainy or dark photograph, then your
photo/image on your stationery/postcard will also be blurry,
grainy, or dark. Photo's
will be cropped and adjusted to best fit the position
available on your stationery/postcard. You can see
how your photo/image has been adjusted once you receive
your proof.

Variations
in colour will occur from the image/photo you submit for
our layered Photo Stationery, as
your image/photo is printed onto translucent, textured
paper rather than photographic paper.

To
the maximum extent permitted by law (Queensland,
Australia), Precious Little Prints takes no
responsibility whatsoever for damage suffered to you or
anyone else as a result of or in connection with the use
of this website or any of its content.

In
no event will Precious Little Prints, their directors,
officers, employees, distributors or associates be
liable to any person or individual for any loss or
damage whatsoever which may arise from the use of this
site or any of the information available at this site.

Some
slight variations between items may occur as each piece
is individually handmade.

Payment
must be made in full before stationery will be started.

All
of our custom printed stationery is made to order so we cannot
cancel an order once the production process has begun.
In the unlikely event where a printing error is our
mistake your order will then immediately be reprinted
and Express Posted out to you free of charge.
