General Terms + Conditions

1.   To the maximum extent permitted by law  (Queensland, Australia), Precious Little Prints takes no responsibility whatsoever for damage suffered to you or anyone else as a result of or in connection with the use of this website or any of its content. 

2.   In no event will Precious Little Prints, their directors, officers, employees, distributors or associates be liable to any person or individual for any loss or damage whatsoever which may arise from the use of this site or any of the information available at this site. 


Orders can be placed online via our website order forms by clicking on the appropriate order link next to the design you have chosen. 

  • Rush orders are possible providing there are no other conflicting orders.  Rush orders are subject to a 30% surcharge - as it usually means that I will work through the night or over the weekend to complete your order on time. Please call me to confirm availability and timeframe.
  • Please note that a fee will be charged if the minimum order quantity is not met.
  • Be sure to note on the order form any changes or any alterations needed ( example - ribbon or paper colour) so that we may provide you with an accurate quote for your order.
  • On occasion some stationery elements may be discontinued or temporarily unavailable for us to order in (such as ribbon/paper/beads/buckles etc). If this happens, please know that every effort will be made to find a similar element and that you will be consulted prior to your order being made. 
  • Any invitation wording & or design can be altered to suit your taste, however the amount of wording used will be limited to the constraints of the design and approved at the discretion of Precious Little Prints.
  • Wording can be supplied when placing your order or electronically via email after you have placed your order.
  • Please take the time to supply your wording as you would like it to be printed: 
       • all upper case, all lower case or a mix of the two 
       • Numbers & Dates as numerals or written ( 21.01.16, 21st or twenty first) 
       • Times as numerals or written ( 2pm, 2.00pm, 2PM, Two in the afternoon, Two O'clock in the afternoon, etc)


  • As each job is printed on a to-order basis, payment is required before work can commence on your job. No proofing will be provided until payment has been received.  This is both to confirm & secure your order and also, so that we can order in all the elements required for your stationery from our suppliers.
  • For orders under $500 ~ full payment is required up front. 
  • For orders over $500 ~ we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. When you approve the proof, we then require the balance before we start printing. 
  • Please ensure that you have ordered accurate stationery quantities, as we will order in exactly what is required for the amount of stationery you are ordering.
  • Payments made outside of 10 business days are subject to an order review for any price increases that may have occurred during this time from our suppliers.
  • Please note that no refunds {under any circumstances} will be given on your deposit once your stationery elements have been ordered from our suppliers.
  • Payment can be made by:

       • Credit Card- via PayPal {a 3% surcharge applies for PayPal payments}

       • Direct Debit into our Westpac bank account ( For Australian customers only)

  • Full details on our Returns + Refund Policy can be found < here > and apply to all orders under any circumstances.


  • Once your payment has cleared, a proof of your wording and font choice will be emailed to you within 2 business days {usually the same business day} of receiving your wording and font choice.
  • It is imperitive that you check {and re-check} this proof very carefully for any errors or changes you'd like to make.  We recommend having another set of eyes {a friend, Mother, Husband-to-be} check your proof as well for typo's {think time, date, contact details, address's etc}.
  •  We advise that you check your proof/s line by line, letter by letter. It is vital that dates are accurate and that everything is spelled correctly. 
  • To request changes to your proof, simply reply to the proof email and let me know the updates you would like to see in the next round of proofs. Subsequent proofs will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Whilst unlimited proofing is included in your price - this is subject to strict guidelines.  Unlimited proofing includes minor adjustments such as spelling & typo errors, information changes (such as address, RSVP date, times etc), punctuation, capitilisation of words and minor layout changes.
  • Unlimited Proofing DOES NOT include major layout changes, design style or continual wording changes by clients.  Font changes are not included in the proofing process as most of our designs are typographically complex and require a lot of time to layout and changing the font type will change the layout. Major proof rounds will be charged at $25 per round.
  • Once your stationery looks perfect, simply email us with your approval.  Once approved, no alterations may be undertaken and printing of your stationery will commence.  Printing will NEVER proceed until we have received an email proof approval & if applicable - any remaining payment for your order.
  • Proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs.
  • Typically your order is posted out to you within 10 business days of final proof approval.
  • Uh-oh! Received your order and noticed a Typo? If you find an error in your stationery, we offer a discounted reprint and complimentary rush service for any customer approved errors.
  • If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact us immediately and we will reprint the affected pieces free of charge and rush them to you.


  • We are unable to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colours you see on your screen.  This is because all monitors display colour differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print.
  • It is possible that subtle colour variations can occur between each piece. This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing process.
  • There can also be a colour variation between stock types due to the base colouring of the card and also the way the ink sits on satin stock (which is smooth) compared to the shimmer and felt card stock (which are slightly textured).
  • Stationery cannot be refunded or returned because of normal printing effects.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the variable nature of the digital printing process, colours do shift between each print run, therefore an identical match may not be achieved if you split your stationery order across 2 different print sessions eg, invitations first, then your menu's a few months later in a different print run.

Guest Lists

If required - Printing of guests names and addresses will require a guest list saved in a format that we provide (this will be forwarded to you by email once your payment has been received). 

  • All text in the guest list must be typed as you wish for it to appear ( example - Mr & Mrs Smith, Leanne & Leslie Smith, Leanne and Leslie ) .
  • All spelling and set-out must be correct. We do not check your guest list and what you have sent to us will be printed on your stationery.
  • If you wish to add extra names or make changes to your guest list a NEW guest list must be sent.
  • UPDATED GUESTS LISTS CANNOT BE SENT ONCE PRINTING HAS COMMENCED- as the printing process has already begun. You can however request a re-print of effected stationery items at an additional cost.
  • Any mistakes incurred from your guest list is not our responsibility.
  • If re-prints are requested due to incorrect spelling of names there will be additional costs advised by us.

Production Time

Please bear in mind that large orders of stationery (over 100 pieces) or stationery that requires special elements ordered in may take up to 4 weeks to complete after all information is received from you. However, this is usually only in extreme circumstances and 99% of our orders generally only take 5- 10 business days to complete. We will always do our very best to meet your deadline.

  • Most of our stationery items will have a small copyright credit printed on them - usually on the reverse of the stationery or as shown in your proof.  It will be  positioned not to interfere with the overall look of the stationery and in a small font size. 
  • The copyright of our designs remain the property of Precious Little Prints and no part of our designs maybe reproduced, photographed or transmitted by any process or means without our prior written permission.  Any attempt to do so may attract legal ramifications.

    NB - Obviously if you have purchased any of our Printables | Ready-to-Print | Wall Art or Canvas files in electronic or digital format - you have permission to print these files - for personal use only.  The copyright of these designs remain the property of Precious Little Prints and under NO circumstances can these designs be re-sold, or given away (to another person, company or entity) in part or whole ~ either as a printed or electronic file ~ as is specified in the terms & conditions when purchasing - unless this was purchased as a gift for that person.  Any attempt to do so may attract legal ramifications.

  • Under no circumstances can any of our products be re-sold without written permission from Precious Little Prints beforehand.
  • It is the client's responsibility to obtain copyright permission for the use of hymns/versus/quotes or other material used in Order of Service books/posters/prints/invitations or similar.
  • If applicable, it is the client's responsibility to obtain copyright permission for the use of a venue's/Companies logo/trademark etc.
  • If we are printing/burning a file that you have supplied to us YOU MUST have the appropriate ownership/copyright of the file for us to print/use/burn it on your behalf.  By supplying any file to Precious Little Prints you agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Precious Little Prints and its agents, for all liability, damages, and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and/or printing/burning copy written files.

Photos + Copyright

  • If you want to include a photograph (or multiple photo's) in your stationery, all files must be supplied in JPEG format.
  • The higher resolution of the picture the better the printed result.
  • If you are unsure of the resolution quality then send it to us and we will assess it for you.
  • By supplying an image (or images) to Precious Little Prints for use in stationery, you certify that;

  1. You are the parent or guardian of the baby or child (if applicable), or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian to use the photo/s provided.
  2. You have the rights to use any information and/or picture/s supplied by yourself.

  • Professional images that are provided to you by a professional photographer may be protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without express permission from the photographer.
  • By supplying images to Precious Little Prints you agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Precious Little Prints and its agents, for all liability, damages, and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copy written photographs and reproductions, including any other person claiming an interest in the photos.
  • Precious Little Prints reserves the right to refuse to use images and cancel your order if we suspect that the images may infringe on someone else 's copyright.

Sharing and Usage of your Personal Information

All of our  your (the users') information is restricted to our office computers. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our accounts person or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  We will never share, sell, rent, trade or otherwise 'give away' any individual personal information with anyone unless ordered by a court of law or to complete an order (for example, your mailing address will be provided to a courier so that your order can be delivered to you) . 

To ensure the information you submitted to us is protected it is only available to:
(a) employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your 
     request for information 
(b) to contracted service providers for purposes of delivery of your order OR providing services relating to our 
     communications with you
(c) to law enforcement agencies, government agencies, courts or external advisers where permitted or required 
     by law.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Precious Little Prints is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and therefore the above statement applies solely to information collected by Precious Little Prints.

Postage + Handling

  • We take our weekends and holidays seriously, so don't include those days in your shipping time please!
  • Your order will be carefully placed into protective plastic sleeves or envelops to ensure arrival in the same pristine condition it left our studio in.
  • If required, I will also use bubble wrap or use air cushions to help protect and cushion your order during shipment.  
  • All packages will be marked with "FRAGILE" stickers.
  • Your order will be posted out to you according to the service you selected when placing an  order with us. A confirmation email with the tracking information will be sent once your order has been posted out to you.  Some orders will require a signature on delivery, therefore supplying a delivery address where you ( or  someone you know ) will be able to sign for your goods is a great idea.
  • Only one delivery address is permitted for each order. (Ie. Orders cannot be split up and sent to multiple addresses). 
  • Precious Little Prints will not be held responsible for any delays due to Postage as it is out of our control. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit, or for any other circumstance beyond our control. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is posted out to you, so that you can track your orders progress during shipping. 
  • International postage --> Fees will be calculated individually on each order and will be dependent on both the size of the order as well as what country it is being sent to.  If you’re an international customer, you will be responsible for any applicable import duties, fees and/or taxes. Please also note that the time your parcel spends in customs may vary from a day to 6 weeks and is out of our direct control.

Once your order has been posted out to you we will email you the tracking number.  You can track your item on the Australia Post website {here}.

If you dont receive our email please check your spam or deleted items folder - just in case it has landed in there.


  • Please choose carefully.
  • Due to the nature of our work and time involved in creating and designing our stationery, we cannot always provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind.

  • Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a client in writing; Precious Little Prints reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work for marketing purposes.
  • Precious Little Prints reserves the right to use any design created for a client as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, to exhibit at trade expos and events, online wedding directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.  
  • Please advise us if you do not give your consent to Precious Little Prints to use your stationery for marketing purposes.
