Custom Printed

Custom Printed refers to any piece that is customised with personal details such as wedding/party invitations, enclosures, envelopes, liners, invitations wrappers, programs, menus, thank you cards, place cards, save the dates, postcards, announcements, cards, wall art and canvas.

Prior to any Proofs being emailed to you:

Changes or cancellations will only be permitted if materials have not been already purchased by Precious Little Prints to produce your order.  Your order is fully refundable (unless special items | paper has been ordered in specifically for your design).

Proof provided but prior to Proof approval:

There is a cancellation fee of 30% or $100 {whichever amount is greater}  if you cancel your order AFTER your proofs have been emailed.  This is to cover the time we spent designing your custom proofs.

Once proofing is approved:

If your order has not yet gone into print production, we will process your refund less the design costs, as detailed in the previous section.

If your order is in the process of printing, we may be able to stop it midway and recover some of the costs for a refund.

If your order has completed the printing stage, we are unable to cancel, refund, or accept a return on the order.

Your Order has been Posted to you:

Custom printed stationery is NOT refundable once posted out to you under any circumstances. This is because all of our custom printed products are made to order on an individual basis and cannot be resold.

We take no responsibility for any loss of damage incurred during transit, or for any other circumstance beyond our control.

Please choose carefully when placing your order. We encourage you to purchase a sample of our product before ordering so you can see for yourself the high quality and craftsmanship of our designs.

Ready to buy

We accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order. The item/s  must be returned to us {at your expense} in the same excellent condition in which you received it in and - where applicable, in the original packaging. The Postage and Handling fee is non-refundable if your order has been posted to you.

Unfortunately, if your parcel is lost or damaged in the mail when you are returning your order we cannot refund your order - therefor we recommend using a service that can be tracked and insured.

Errors | Typo's

We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos), regardless of where the error originated. Proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs.

Should you find an error in your stationery, we offer a discounted reprint and complimentary rush service for customer approved errors.

If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact us immediately and we will reprint the affected pieces free of charge and rush them to you.

Colours

  • We are unable to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colours you see on your screen.  This is because all monitors display colour differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print.
  • It is possible that subtle colour variations can occur between each piece. This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing process.
  • There can also be a colour variation between stock types due to the base colouring of the card and also the way the ink sits on satin stock (which is smooth) compared to shimmer and felt card stock (which are slightly textured).
  • Stationery cannot be refunded or returned because of normal printing effects.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the variable nature of the digital printing process, colours do shift between each print run, therefore an identical match may not be achieved if you split your stationery order across 2 different print sessions eg, invitations first, then your menu's a few months later in a different print run.
